Option 1:

1. Has your character always believed in magic? Do they have something influencing their perspective on the supernatural/metaphysical/spiritual from their past? How do they feel about magic?
   
   Seras Victoria, much like many other humans, was blissfully unaware of the existence of monsters and magic for all of her life. She didn't discover or believe in the supernatural until she was killed and turned into a vampire. Even for a short time after being turned, she struggled to accept and adjust to it, not believing it until there was definitive proof. Since that time though she has learned of and believes in several things related to the supernatural, from monsters to magic. She has fought against other vampires, has killed a werewolf, and has seen illusion magic and mesmerization that would defy logical explanation. Plus her abilities could be considered pretty magical at times.
   
   Her view and experience with the supernatural are what have helped to change and shape her view of it. However, with those experiences, she has found that generally other monsters are not as sympathetic or understanding and will kill without remorse. And she does at times have trouble with fighting her own nature, letting her nature and emotions take over for short periods. As such she is cautious about supernatural beings besides her master, and while she doesn't mind minor magic tricks she is also cautious of actual magic.



2. If there's one person your character would follow to another realm, who would it be and why? If there's no one, state that and explain why.
   
   Seras would undoubtedly follow her master, Alucard, into another realm freely and with only a minimal amount of complaining. She would be glad to stay by his side and continue to learn and be with him, embracing the connection that they have with one another. She would also willingly traverse into another realm, known or unknown, for Sir Integra Fairbrook Wingates Hellsing, the mast of her master and the one who is the head of the Hellsing organization. Integra is the one who helps Seras to hold to her humanity as long as she can after being turned, but is also the one to get her to fully embrace what she truly is as well. The loyalty, care, and dedication that Integra has displayed to Seras, and the bond that they have formed through their shared suffering and experience in dealing with Millenium have bound them closely. And so Seras Victoria is willing to go to Hell and back, or to any other realm with Integra, or simply at an order from her.



3. What is your character's most outstanding personality trait, and why?
   
   Seras Victoria is the embodiment of determination and justice, with a desire and will to live that managed to convince the original vampire, Alucard, to not only take her life but to restore her to un-life. Even from childhood, she saw the horror of what happened in her childhood home and wanted justice for her parents driving her to act rather than hide. Managing to survive being shot in the stomach, as she grew up, Seras often got into fights with other children who would bully others. This determination and sense of justice would carry her onward to her dream of becoming a police girl.
   
   Her determination to live, shown through her decision to live as a vampire rather than die when given the choice, is cemented by her refusal to ever surrender. Even when she faces someone stronger, smarter, and faster, she refuses to give up against their evil and refuses to die. Going so far as to cast off the last of her humanity and consume the man she admired and looked up to so that she could take on and defeat evil and continue to live. Her sense of right and wrong, her sense of justice, and her willingness to do whatever is needed to preserve it is a part of the core of who Seras is.



4. Your character gets to return home, but when they do they learn that they've been gone for hundreds of years. How do they react?
   
   Upon the revelation that centuries have passed, Seras would likely scream and wine, panicking about having been gone so long. And what her master would think given that the thirty years had been too long for his disappearance. Worrying about how much trouble she's going to be in for being missing so long. But gradually the reality of the situation would sink in as she would realize that the woman she had been serving and protecting for the last thirty years would be gone. With Integra dead for what would be a long time, and no one to succeed her through blood, Seras would likely be at a loss for what to do. She would likely look for what remains of Hellsing, or whatever organization might have taken up the responsibility for the fight against darkness and the monsters. But she would also seek out her Master and find where he might be after centuries have passed and the last of the bloodline that had tamed him was gone.
